Fund raising event...

Yesterday was the first day of fund raising event and as usual, event cork up so we have to push back the sales of the shoes to the next session which is the after school one. Reason being very simple, is that estate didnt give us the thing we need like tables and skirting, at the same time the printing of stuff and prize is also not ready therefore we take the time to sort out everything and prepare for the afternoon sales of shoes. The sales starts at about 4.15 and large crowds area actually crowding around our booth even before we setted up the area and i was rather happy about that. We manage to sell 40 plus shoes for the yesterday sales and i will like to thank everyone for putting effort in this event, without the present of everyone of you i dont think the event can be done so well. I specially also want to thank Fang Ying & also KUKU for doing more than what the helper should do and help us out with everything. Both of you make our life easier. =)

Yesterday after the event, went to eat with the usual clicks, Yi yin and company. We went to pasta to eat and after that i make my way home. I was rather tired when i reach home but i haven do my RJ and stuff, also have the event thing to do and most importantly study my UT for todae so i sleep rather late last night. I received 2 mails from the helpers yesterday that they cannot make it for the event and asking for the change of their duty time so i consult the heads and they were saying that it will not be fair for the other if we were to change the timing for them so we decided to take them out and find our own replacement. I was telling KUKU about it and luckily she willing to help me to replace them if not i think i will be dead.

Nearly couldnt wake up this morning because I'm freaking tired and luckily got KUKU to wake me up with a morning call if not i think i will overslept. HAHA~~ thanks KUKU!! =) later in the day still got the event, training and banner preparation for president visit. Think i will be in dead beat when i reach home tonight.

Today was the second day of sales, i thought there will not be much crowds compare to yesterday but in the end, the result turn out to be better than what i have expected. We manage to sell out 66 pairs of shoes and clear more than half of out stock so i was kind of happy with the results and performance of everyone in the team.=) I hope this afternoon after school session will allow us to clear all the shoes available. Hope later the sales will turn out well. =P
